Hi, I'm Ashley

As a Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher, I am passionate about sharing lineage-based teachings and practices that help us to connect inwards and thrive in this modern world.

Yoga has been a part of my journey since my introduction to it over a decade ago, which started off as a way to find balance and manage stress whilst I was in the height of my corporate career. My practice has evolved with me and yoga now finds itself at the core of my life which centres around health and wellbeing - in addition to being a yoga and meditation teacher, I am also a certified Holistic Health Coach, wellness podcaster and health enthusiast.

It's only when yoga became more than a physical practice that I really started to connect with it - that's why I love to share these traditional teachings that target the full scope of who we are physically, energetically, mentally and spiritually.

When I'm not on my mat, I love to explore the world around me through books, travel, food, nature and conversation. I believe in a holistic and balanced approach to life, it's that same philosophy that I bring when teaching and coaching others.

A personalised approach through private sessions support you and your specific goals based on your individual health, body and lifestyle. Sessions can range from a complete practice including physical postures, breathwork and meditation through to wider support in building healthy habits, staying accountable and introducing tools for overall wellbeing.

Yoga is a holistic practice and method of personal inquiry so let's move to a more intentional, effective and personalised practice experience. There is no one-size-fits-all so how we work together will be bespoke to you, your group or organisation.

Individuals

Private sessions are collaborative and one-to-one based on your needs and goals - this means personalised practices, lifestyle-centric coaching, focused instruction and a range of techniques all from the comfort of your home.

Whether you want to move your body more, improve overall health, develop a meditation practice or just get started for the first time I am here to support you.

Groups

Want to get a few more people involved - your family, a team or planning a group event? Group sessions are tailored to those involved or your specific occasion.

There's a lot to be said for practicing with others. Whether you're new to yoga or have an existing practice, there is a different energy when you practice in a group - the power of showing up together, feeling connected and supporting one another (not to mention it's a lot of fun).

An intimate session for two, a small party of five or a larger group event - we work together to create an engaged and unique experience.

From increased productivity to stress reduction and improved focus, there are many benefits that yoga can bring to the workplace - let's build a session that supports your team's wellbeing.

Designed to meet people at all levels (beginner to advanced) and to target specific outcomes, sessions range from yoga classes and breathwork techniques to meditation workshops and bespoke activities tailored to your needs, goals and organisational culture.

We work together to build positive, engaging and enriching experiences for your organisation. And how we deliver those experiences is up to you - remotely to your conference room, virtually into the homes of your team or in-person at your company off-site.

 

Remote, but connected

While it has always been preferable to meet and teach in person, today there is so much benefit and flexibility that comes with remote connection - that's why I offer both.

Whether it's from the comfort of your home or the convenience of your office - it's now so much easier to build a strong and positive connection remotely.

Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga is the science of energy management and really about becoming a more excellent version of yourself. Managing our energy and investing it to support ourselves feels more important than ever in the world we live in today. These traditional teachings are time tested and bring together the power of the body, breath and mind.

The scope of yoga is far more than physical postures or asanas, we use the body to connect with the breath and the breath to connect with the mind. All of yoga addresses the mind and through practice we gain a deeper understanding of how the mind works.

In this style of practice, we emphasize the energetic effect of each individual pose, prioritising function over form and focusing on stability over flexibility.

Everything we apply ourselves to is a practice. There are so many benefits of a yoga practice as well as having these tools for approaching your life more holistically. Practices are designed to target different outcomes, for example you may want to:
